Welcome to DishZero!

DishZeromug.jpg
ABOUT DISHZERO:

DishZero is a student-led initiative that offers reusable takeout containers and mugs for the campus community to borrow for free through their campus vendor (restaurant) of choice.

DishZero aims to reduce the single-use waste associated with takeout dining on campus by providing a dish-sharing system that is as convenient to use as its disposable counterpart.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Purchase your meal in a DishZero container at a participating vendor location

2. Scan the QR code on the dish to sign it out

3. Consume your meal as usual

4. Drop off your empty dish at return stations located near vendor locations

Are you a vendor interested in working with DishZero? Check out our vendor guide.

TL;DR we take on the financial cost of the program, provide volunteers, and sanitize dishes. You just store DishZero items and provide them to students!
